you should probably use a software call “115” ,which is a local china one and it's not free, cant be use in forein I suppose?

I'm from the UK .. but would try using 115 via VPN.

I currently at the UK as well. Actually you don't need VPN to access 115 but it is not a free service so you will have to pay for subscription.
